On Tuesday, May 21st, we will hold an End-Of-Year Recognition Ceremony in the cafeteria. The ceremony will start at 9am and doors will open at 8:45am. Scholars will be permitted to go home with the parent or guardian, but they can only be signed out by the parent or guardian identity as the scholar's guardian in our system.
Below are the criteria/guidelines and scholars must satisfy 3 out of 4 of them in order to be able to attend the ceremony:
Academics:
- Cannot be failing more than one class (1 F only).
Attendance:
- 5 or less unexcused absences during the 4th grading period.
Discipline:
- No Discipline Referral Forms that result in out-of-school suspension for more than 1 day during the 4th grading period.
- No more than 4 times assigned PASS during the 4th grading period.
Scholars that do not meet the criteria outlined above will be contacted by May 14 to notify the scholar's parent or guardian that the scholar won't be able to attend the ceremony.
