From a young age, Juan has dedicated himself to the art of martial arts, beginning his journey at just five years old. Now a high green belt competitor, he has demonstrated exceptional skill and commitment, earning numerous trophies along the way. His daily practice and unwavering determination continue to push him toward his ultimate goal—achieving a black belt.
Juan actively competes in tournaments, refining his abilities and testing his skills against top competitors. His next challenge awaits on March 29 in Mayfield, where he will once again showcase his talents. At these tournaments, competitors participate in five key events: sparring, Chanbara (sword fighting), Kata, weapons Kata, and self-defense. Success in these categories earns points, which accumulate over time and contribute to overall rankings.
Athletes who achieve top placements are invited to the prestigious PKC Banquet, where they receive plaques recognizing their accomplishments. With each competition, Juan moves closer to his goal, proving that dedication and hard work pave the way to success in martial arts.
RECMS wishes Juan the best of luck on his upcoming challenge. We cannot wait to see him achieve his goal of obtaining the black belt.
GOOD LUCK, JUAN!
