The Youngstown Virtual Academy is a program designed to provide scholars in grades 1-12 an option to meet their educational requirements in a non-traditional classroom setting.  The Virtual Academy is located at Choffin Career and Technical Center.  Scholars will be required to check in regularly for social emotional learning, but learning will be remote.

General Info: Virtual Academy is NOT “zoom school”. Common misconception is that the Virtual Academy is providing the same type of instruction that was provided last year. The Virtual Academy will require a lot of independence, support, reading and time management. A staff member will call you after you express interest to determine if it’s the best fit for you and your family.
