Parent Pathways

 PURPOSE

  • Serves as a communication link with parents and families and also as an advocate for school and community involvement

  • Makes daily calls to collect positive comments as well as concerns regarding the YCSD & communicate any District-wide special projects.

  • Connects families to the appropriate resources within the school and/or community.

  • Encourages open communication between parents and school.

  • Advocates for parent involvement in school and community activities

  • Familiarizes families with school policies, procedures, and practices.

  • For assistance, contact your child’s school and ask for the Parent Engagement Coordinator. (Click on "Parent Engagement Coordinators" list on the left)
