Tina Cvetkovich is a lifelong resident of Youngstown, Ohio. Tina graduated in 1988 from East High School. She graduated from Youngstown State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work in 2012. In 2020, Tina became a state-certified Family Peer Mentor.

Tina is employed at Mahoning County Children Services as their first Family Peer Mentor working with families with Substance Use Disorder under the Ohio START Model. Tina was recently elected Vice President of ACTION of Mahoning Valley. She is a part-time Board Of Elections employee, and is a member of the MLK Criminal Justice Committee. Tina is also a community activist/volunteer on school reform, recovery, and criminal justice. Tina has been married to George Cvetkovich for 20 years. Tina has three children, all of whom graduated from Chaney High School. She also has six grandchildren: a grandson who attends Youngstown Rayen Early College High School, a granddaughter who attends Rayen Early College Middle School, and a grandson who attends Volney Rogers Elementary School. A  granddaughter and 2 grandsons are still at home.
